Dear Pastel Society Artists,
You are officially invited to join us at our annual winter Paint-In on Saturday, March 18th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Harris Township Community Center in Boalsburg. You are invited to share the day with fellow Pastel Society members. This will be a relaxed gathering for us all to work on our own ideas and share a potluck lunch. No teaching or pressure, just fun times painting together. There is no charge to our members for this event.

Set-up: 9 a.m. I absolutely need plenty of help setting up tables and cleaning up after 4pm.
Please email me if you are able to help with set-up or take down so I know I have support.
Paint-In time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 18th at the Harris Township Community Center (HTCC), 130 S. Academy St., Boalsburg, PA
Supplies to bring: Please bring your own supplies for your art set-up, and also be prepared to cover your section of the table and floor area with paper or a drop cloth.
Lunch: Potluck (or brown bag if you have dietary restrictions).
Snow cancellations: It will only be cancelled if the roads are dangerous. Please check your email for updates the evening before or the morning of.

Additional directions:
Turn into the village of Boalsburg at the light by the cemetery on Church Street.Go straight until you reach the stop sign.
At the stop sign turn left onto Main Street.
Go straight.
Turn right at Academy St.
Go straight until you see the community center on your right (it used to be a church and there is a Lion's Club sign on the front lawn) There are 3 entrances: front, left side and right side. Try the side doors first. (Wheelchair accessible)
